Honestly, most of our couples tell us this.

The good news is you don’t need to know what to do. We won’t spend your day directing every moment or asking you to repeat things for the camera. We’ll give you gentle guidance when it’s needed, but for the most part, we’ll let you be present while we capture everything as it unfolds.

Yes.

Every Studio Eight wedding is captured entirely on genuine Super 8 film. It’s what makes our work feel so distinctive, and it’s a huge part of why couples choose us.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Absolutely.

We’re based between Belfast, Bristol and Cornwall, but we film weddings throughout Ireland, the UK and wherever your story takes us.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE ENQUIRE?

Once you get in touch, we’ll let you know if we’re available and send over our brochure.

If it feels like we’re the right fit, we’ll arrange a relaxed call to chat about your plans, answer any questions and get to know each other a little better before making anything official.

HOW DO WE BOOK?

Once you’re ready, we’ll send over your booking agreement and invoice for the booking fee.

From there, your date is officially secured and the exciting part begins.

CAN WE HAVE DIGITAL VIDEO TOO?

Yes.

While Studio Eight specialises in Super 8, we also offer digital ceremony and speeches films as optional add-ons if you’d like those moments captured in full.
