Meet Rich + Liberty
Rich’s love of filmmaking began with his grandfather, a former Navy man who went on to film weddings in the 1970s. He taught Rich the basics and sparked a love of storytelling that has stayed with him ever since. Today, Rich runs Wild Rice Films, a production company based between Bristol and Portrush.
Liberty grew up surrounded by cameras, home movies and family stories. It gave her an instinct for noticing the small, honest moments that can so easily be missed, but often mean the most. She now lives in Cornwall and runs her own creative company, Studio Jago.
Together, they bring a relaxed and instinctive approach to every wedding.
They film entirely on Super 8mm because they love the way it holds onto feeling; the grain, movement and imperfections that make a memory feel alive.
They’re also best friends, which means there’s an ease between them that carries into the way they work. Nothing stiff or overly directed. Just two people fully invested in capturing your day as it really felt.
